Biltwell Keystone Handlebars Install on a Iron
I just installed Biltwell Keystone Handlebars on my Iron, but had a couple of questions.
1. My brake line is really tight. Any tips on bending the brake line (ie angles) and do you know how much slack there is on the stock cables?
2. Any tips on removing the stock clutch side grip from the stock handlebars without cutting? Its glued.
If anyone has some pictures of how they did their brakeline with these handlebars it would be much appreciated.
thanks,

for the brakeline, i bent mine very slightly, but mine wasnt that tight to start with.
for grip, i used some wd40, stuck the straw down inside and sprayed the hell out of it, left it for 10-15 mins for the wd40 to work its magic and then just pulled it off.
it was a bit of a struggle, might help to stick a small flathead screwdriver to loosen any stuck glue

I just did the install about 4 weeks ago.
The brake line on mine was not too tight, so I have no experience there.
For the grip, as some others have stated, get some WD-40 in there and run some sort of shim around in there to break up the glue (I used the thin metal handle of a long kitchen spoon). If it is still stuck, get a friend to help hold the bars while you twist it off--should be too hard.
I did not use glue to reinstall on the keystones and the grip does not move, if it does I'll get a little glue in there--but for not it is fine.

I didn't get an option for the Biltwell Keystone bar. It only comes in one size, but you can choose the diameter and dimpled/non-dimpled (for harley use 1" dimpled).
Heres a link to what I bought:
