I have a '95 Sportster with a top mounted speedo. I would like to change out the rise clamp with one that has a built in section for the dummy lights (this I found) and then mount the speedo on the bottom two bolts. I have found hundreds of pictures of this, but I cannot find that damn speedo mount where the bolt holes are closer than the top mounted bolt holes.

I've searched Harley and J&P Cycles, every where else Google has taken me with no luck.

Here is what I'm searching for.

Someone will hopefully correct me if I'm wrong.
I believe the custom models have that setup from the factory.
