PAINT!!!, simple solution. As long as the prep work is done correctly, it will come out exactly like you want or you could send the pieces off for powdercoating. All my shiny bits have slowly turned to either real copper, or powdercoated copper or black. Chrome has no place on this bike (mine that is).

I like the seat very much, it is the Brawler seat by Harley, I had a problem with sliding off the seat every now and then on heavy acceleration but this seat keeps in place and it is very comfortable, I haven't went for a very long putt yet other than a few 80 mile runs so I can't speak about how comfortable it is on extra long rides but so far so good

I really like the Heavy Breather (air intake) but don't like the filter being the color it is and after speaking with Eric from Bennett's Performance adding the Black HD billet cover (which I was going to do) he said it would look good but at the cost of restricting the flow of air therefore cutting down on HP and that is something I don't want to do, so I thought at the time I was just going to have to get use to it.

NOT.. I found a company (surfing the web) that makes a replacement Filter for the Heavy Breather, it looks the same as the original (style wise) but it is Black, so in short order I will be replacing it and it should put me back on track for keeping the intake Black.

Edit: in fact they (the company) make filters of all colors so if anyone is facing the same problem let me know
