Alarm System Issues!

Alarm System Issues!
Hoping someone can help me on this.
I removed all the turn signals from my 2008 XL883C and afterwards my bike wouldn't start.
So I disarmed the alarm system so the bike would start, and now it starts but when I start the bike my headlight and brakelight are not coming on?
I know it's not a wiring issue because everything is wired correctly. Everytime I turn the bike on I have to enter the alarm deactivation code and the alarm key stays on. Any suggestions?
