Default 2013 Iron 883

Hello all,
I just bought my New 2013 Iron 883, I really like the bike look.
I am looking for a good exhaust that will be loud but increase performance as well, I was looking at the V/H side shots dual , V/H big Radius 2 into 2, V/H short shots staggered.
I was also looking at the Arlen Ness Stage II Big Sucker Kit or the Vance & Hines VO2 Naked Air Cleaner Kit
also the Cobra Fi2000 PowrPro with CVT Technology
I am thinking i wont need to get a re-map or dyno

I would like to do the exhaust in black but I was told the black gets chipped easy and rusts.

My bike is for sunny days and cruising to relax only.

What would your thought or suggestions

I am just so tired of driving with my father and you can hear him from down the road but the Iron 883 pipes you cant even hear from the next house. Its sad.. I need loud and that has performance
Side shot add performance and sound? did you re-map or Dyno? or got the fuel pack?

In till you know what pipes you want for sure, just take the baffle out. Do your home work on what you want to do. This way you won't be redoing things a year later. I like my pipes but I've found a set I really want.

make sure you do a search on Short Shots. Seems like most people like them but agree that they're too loud even with baffles. I think they sound good with baffles, but they do get obnoxious after a little bit.

My father has the V/H big Radius 2 into 2 on his 2007 Custom 1200 L and I love the sound. Do you know if the short shots are louder or less noise on the 883 or would the V/H big Radius 2 into 2 be better on the 883?

IIRC the 2 into 1 or "Performance Series" exhausts are best for adding power, while the Short Shots are all about being loud.
