In MA, you have to pass a written test of 50 questions and a road test to pass the MSF class and get your license. I'm not sure if you could still pass the road test if you didn't pass the written as you technically already had to take a written for the permit.. but I got 100% anyway.

I was surprised that 2 people dumped on the figure 8 and they still passed them for their license. That's supposed to be an auto fail.
