Default Loose turn signal 09 Nightster

I picked up my Nightster last week and yesterday noticed that one of the turn singnals was loose. I tried tightening the bolt securing the ball at the top of the signal arm, but it won't secure it enough. It still has the signals mounted to the handlebars. I thought about just wrapping some tape on the ball and see if that helped.
