Default Torque Spec for Exhaust Flange Nut?

Sorry to bother. I didn't see this spec in the Sticky labeled "Poor Man's Harley Maintenance Guide". Which is actually VERY thorough.

Could someone please tell me the Torque Spec for a 2013 Sportster Exhaust Flange Nut? Thanks in advance!

Really????
That's 8 to 10 Foot Pounds.
A 2010 Ultra is 18-20 Foot Pounds.

Hard to believe that the Ultra takes 2x the foot pounds. huh!
Thanks for the quick reply! I think I'll use the Inch Pound wrench for something that light.

Called my welder buddy up. Came down and got the bike and welded a nut to what was still sticking out. Turned the broken stud right out. Head stayed on. Had the bike the next day. $100

Um, not on the exhaust stud nut. They're 8-10 ft-lb just like the sportsters. In fact, they're the same nuts and studs.

8-10 ft-lbs or 96-120 in-lbs. Same thing.

Don't worry about getting it exactly right. Worry about not breaking the stud. Tighten slowly, and gently. make sure the flange is seating square. Some hi temp (copper?) anti seize might be a good idea, but don't overtighten those nuts!! You can always check them after a few miles if you are worried. Better that than a snapped stud. Those nuts and fouling the small derby cover screws are the most common bonehead mistakes I read about. Don't be THAT guy (or girl).
