Default 06 883xl sporster carb

I'm looking at putting a kuryakyn hypercharger air cleaner on my 06 sporster was wondering what size carb jets I may need to move up to. Any help would be appreciate thanks

You will probably be fine with the stock jets.
The Hypercharger is commonly referred to as "All Show and No Go".

Look at the S&S intake. Me and most of the people i know have one. Mine is a 883 converted to 1200, with stage 1.
intermediate .028 - .031
main: .068 - .076

There's several I'd pick over the hypercharger....Ness big sucker I or II, one of the Screamin Eagle intakes, RSD's, etc.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from the Kuryakyn Hypercharger A/C. Also, they have a lot of nerve calling it a "hypercharger". It adds as much performance as spinners on car wheels do. Fluttering butterflies are all show and no go.

There are many good A/C's out there for actually opening your intake. I personally prefer and use the S&S Teardrop as it really opens up the intake volume, and I have always liked them for the increased performance they provide. But as mentioned above, the SE and Ness A/C's are also good, as are many others. Look for a reputable comparison among air intake increases when shopping A/C's. A company that does the job right will have stock vs. their (and maybe even other) A/C performances. Better yet, find an independent assessment. Good luck!

Pitch the "No-Hype" charger...better off putting a sock and straws off your intake. The airflow inside that cool looking cowl is horrible performance robber. Recommend going with HD's Heavy Breather, or something from DK Customs (forum vendor).
