tappet filter screen
I have been reading about the big twins having a tappet filter screen. I have a 94 xlh 883 can any one tell me if it has one of these screens and where it is located? ive read through the book and there is no mention of it

It doesn't. The feed to the lifters is drilled into the case and feeds the lifter bores. Oil filter is the only real thing in the system.
