I have to re-install the fuel pump and was wondering if someone has the bolt tightening sequence and torque specs. I have heard that some people have had some issues with leaking after the re-install.

Do you mean installing the fuel pump module into the fuel tank, with 5 screws? If so, the manual doesn't indicate there is a tightening sequence. They should be tightened to 40-45 in-lbs (4.5-5.1 Nm).
