Glad you're ok. I watch my dad get hit broadside by a deer on his bike. Dad broke his arm and the bike fell on the deer. ****ing thing shook the bike off and ran.

Are you going to replace it? If so, what are you thinking the new one will be?

Dude!
First of all I'm glad you'r ok. I'm amazed you managed to keep the bike upright through that bloody massacre. You are a truly a Jedi Master of motorbiking.

By the way, bruising long after an accident is indicative of a fracture or at least a badly sprained ligament. Go get checked out by a doctor.

Me and my cuz were leaving for a trip a few years ago. we started out on 24 south in Mass heading for the 95 to get to the Dragon down south. As we got on the highway, we reached speed and out of nowhere this big *** deer pops up on to the side of the road. I saw his big brown eyes and just missed him. WE both did. We pulled over for our first coffee break and thanked the powers that be we both missed the deeer. It was 5:30 -6:00 in the morning. You have to be real careful at dusk and dawn for the little bastards.
Now that being said, I hit a skunk in Maine a few years back and that was the worst. I smelt it the whole trip, tried to wash myself with tomato juice, which worked a bit but as for the bike the smell seemed to linger for months! RIde safe.
