Rode about 120 miles today with my 3/4 and goggles and no windshield. It was a great day even if it was a little on the windy side. Had some sort of bee fly in the helmet about 20 miles from home. Had to control the urge to freak out until I could safely pull over and "unmask" and dump the unwanted passenger. Luckily I didn't get stung. Anyday on the sportster is a good day as long as the rubber side stays down.

 

Sounds like what I spent many hours winding on aircraft electrical harnesses, only the stuff I used was a reddish color. Didn't have to worry about it coming loose, only way to get it off was cut it off. That black is a whole cheaper than the red was, probably some kind of difference besides the color. I have a big electric wiring project coming up, think I'll give this a try, thanks for the link.

That sounds good man. I have no idea about the pool hall, I've only lived here for less than a year and had my bike for less than a month ... And currently it's in maintenance mode... as you can tell from the photos.

Look for a place called Southern Biker Gear in Richmond Hill. It's just north of the I95 bridge on Highway 17 on the west side of the road. It's a local shop with a lot of leather and other stuff. A good father/son local business. They sponsor the bike night, but I haven't seen anything about it this year. If I find something, I'll let you know.
