I'm thinking of doing the same. What kind of grips did you get?

I picked the up at a local HD dealer, on sale. They are foam and chrome, with the HD logo on the outside. I just poked around, and couldnt find any pics of them online. They are a little oversized in the grip, and fill the palm up nicely. Granted, I only have a few miles with them, but the other ones were complete crap, and these are SO comfy.

Sounds good. I'll have a look at my local dealership.

In at present. I rode the ebik without earplugs and by christ they are loud, so back in they went. Trouble is they do seem to kill the throttle response and a bit of the midrange, so whether they'll stay in is anyones guess!

Recorded a cold start with my new Bassani pipes, for posterity's sake!
