Rode it in to a sunny London today. I'm starting to feel the love for the forwards now. The main problem is with the standard mid pegs in them my feet feel like they're sliding, especially on the highway. So I've bought a set of those below and that will hopefully put an end to it. All I have to do now is remember to put my feet on the forwards and not the non existent mids when I pull away! D'oh!

Rode her to work this morning.
The only time I wish I had a longer commute is when I'm riding a motorcycle.

Bought an oil filter and some 60wt oil today. Temps are in the 80's here, so the old Ironhead is more happy with thicker oil...

I leave 20 minutes early and take detours, stop and enjoy beautiful things. Really helps start the morning.

I hear you on that one! On nice days I occasionally sneak out of work early and get home slightly late..

I usually leave for work @ 7:00 a.m. I'm not sure I could do 6:40. I'm a horrible morning person.....plus I have two boys who commandeer most of my attention in the mornings.

Now that I'm using a FuelMoto Micro tuner, my oxygen sensors are disconnected, so I pulled them out tonight, and replaced them with a pair of chrome plugs.

I doubt anyone will notice. Heck, I didn't even know there were O2 sensors on the bike, LOL. But it's a little cleaner now.
