Bought the seat used, guy said it was a year old, natural leather varies in color anyway. Not only does my back love it but it makes me feel like part of the bike, even cornering feels better to me.

Received the parts I needed today to relocate my rear caliper to accept a larger rotor to match my front wheel & rotor and rear wheel & pulley. My stock rotor is 10.24". I will be replacing it with an 11.5" rotor. Hopefully these are the only two things I need according to a couple of folks on this forum, a caliper mounting bracket 42835-08 and a spacer 41730-08. These are new for a 2010 sporty which has an 11.5 stock rotor. Swing arm and caliper are the same on both. Also will be replacing my stock calipers with new HD chrome calipers 44547-04 and 44549-04.....just because I love chrome...ole school..LOL. I am actually waiting on a bleeder tool to help in the process. Hopefully, I will be able to get back on the saddle soon....we'll see.

Yeah but it takes longer and tool probably easier to get the air bubble out of the line.

Do you have a parts catalog for fitment check or link to a site that I can find the part...nothing comes up on Harley's site? For some reason, now I am not sure if those calipers 44547-04 and 44549-04 fit by 2011 XL1200L. I actually fit the rear one on the bracket and it fits perfectly but still not 100% since I have not mocked it up yet.

I dont. I'm sure they will fit. If you are nervous pull the rear caliper off (leave on line) and sit the new one on your current bracket. Should slide right on. There was no major change until 2014.

I will see if i can find a catalog.

Thanks, bought it off ebay. It's new and says 2004-2013 but using ebay, I am always skeptical. Thanks

Got tired of wiping oil blow-by off the bike from the the breathers (the open bolt kind). It wasn't much but i decided to try something different. I put this together using DK parts:

Don't like the look, will be changing it, probably braided hose and fake hose ends, but I want to run it like this for a few miles to verify that it doesn't leak at the banjo fittings. If its solid I'll pretty it up and maybe relocate the little filter back to the swingarm area.

IMO I agree it does not seem it belongs there. I tried to use DK braided hose set up with the external filter and just could not get it right so ended up with the external breather bolts. I do prefer to route the oil somewhere under the bike not inline with the tire. Good luck.
