Default Iron sissy bar/backrest pad setup?

I need to get my Iron set up so I can put the girl on the back so she can go for the occasional ride with me.

I'm definitely going to put on a new seat this year and am pretty much set one of the Mustang rider/passenger combos.

Do the sissy bars out there come with the backrest pad already attached or do you have to buy them separately? Where have you all found is the best place to order the sissy bars? Thanks in advance.

Got mine from Bowman Welding. Check out their site...

http://www.tophandventures.com/

They've got different ones, one with the possibility to put the HD backrest pad on it.

Or check out the new ones from Burly Brand.

This is mine...(can't put a pad on it though)

Here is mine with a Harley quick detach sissy bar. I really like being able to take it on and off at will.

I got my detachable one with everything on eBay for $150. And my girl absolutely loves it.
