I'd like to raise the bars on my Iron. But the only risers I find don't state 2013 in the fitment section. Is there any difference in the handlebar/speedo clamp from the 2011 to the 2013?

I'm looking for risers also. But it looks like there is zero slack in the brake line. Is there any way around this with out getting longer brake cables?
