Default 2005 Sportster 883c jetting question

Hi everyone, I recently purchased a 2005 883 custom with 9k miles, guy I bought it from rejetted it and it runs fat, I replaced polluted stock air cleaner with new K&N replaced plugs which were slightly brown but worn out, question is ,does anyone know what jets to buy to rejet bike, I am in so cal and run it between 500 and 2500 feet altitude. runs a bit rick and coughs a bit under normal conditions. I have the owners manual and cant even find stock jetting on the bike. would like to buy jets before I open carb to replace. any info would be really helpful.

Depends on how it was rejetted. There are tons of options, from simply changing the fixed jets to kits that require drilling/replacing the slide. Better get it apart and see what's in there, first.
