Default Black Mustang seat bracket?

I have a mustang vintage solo on my 883 iron, and a black knurled seat **** instead of the silver bolt.. any ideas how I could change the color of the metal bracket holding the back of the seat to the fender from silver to black (or matt black)?

Thx BlkSheep.. that's what I was leaning towards (like a rustoleum primer and then a matt black)... so, paint holds up ok?

I used a wrinkle black and it's been done for two years and the color is very close to the denim black. From behind it's not noticeable.

I hated the look of it when it was chrome, it was distracting and odd.

Hmmmm...... Not sure, grabbed it at Canadian tire.

I actually bought it for this and spraying two pipes for my oil tank, both look sexy now! Lol
