For a tank lift? How high are you looking at? Most places start at 1"

No I have a tank lift already I'm looking for the t shaped hinge to mount a solo seat from the rear tank bolt it's just that the dk customs one seems to sit very high

the only other one I've seen is mother roads customs http://motheroadcustoms.auctivacomme...-P2686296.aspx But DK's is better for the price, pretty much same hinge. I have DK's and it works for me, but Im 6'3 225 and i like the extra reach. You can drill out holes higher up on the hinge to drop it some, but that's the angle of the backbone your dealing with. If you don't feel its sitting right you probably need to get a kit that has a weld-on bung. Most muffler shops will drop a bead on something like that for a couple bucks if you can't weld.

I have the same issue, DK's is priced best but sits too high for my liking.

Most people fab their own bracket. That way it turns out exactly like you want it.

I will try to put everything back together tomorrow. I have it in pieces cutting off struts, making a new fender, and fabbing a new seat.

just make your own out of a metal T bracket for lumber that you can get at Home Depot or elsewhere I made two. One for a spring seat & one for moving a Mustang seat back further for a 2013 Sportster 72. Simple matter of measuring, drilling, bending, cutting, filing & painting. You can make it any height or length you want
