2014 Sportster Iron 883
Just got a Iron 883 about 10 days ago. Put 330 miles on it so far. Its my first bike. Love it, but I already want some more power.
Whats the recommended 883 to 1200 conversion kit? I'm leaning towards the NRHS 1250 kit. Probably end up as my winter project later this year.
Thanks

Seeing as how is brand new in assuming your still making payments on it and it has a warranty. Anything not HD brand engine, installed by an HD dealership will void the warranty coverage of that part and what it effects. So let's say your ok with a voided engine warranty, if God forbid something does happen the dealership could deny warranty coverage to the transmission, clutch, exhaust if they really wanted to screw you on it.
Take that into consideration, also screaming eagle 1200 conversion kit not covered under standard warranty either, because it's a race engine. This is all directly from a service writer from the space coast dealership, and he's a pretty upfront guy so I would believe him.
That aside if I were to do it I would go with hammer performance, they spell it all out easy for you and I think someone on here posted their entire build thread awhile back.
Just a heads up anyhow and something to think about.
