That's a paint option for a 2012 (I think) Sporty 72 XL1200V. The flat denim came with that Harley logo on the side for the 2.1 tank on the 72 model.

It will, if you look at my pics of my bike I have a 2014 iron tank on my 48 that originally came with the same 2.1 gallon from the 72. Keep in mind you will lose about 50 miles per fill up!

Ok, that tank is shorter like the 48. Guess I'll have to get the wife's painted or find another iron tank, and get those decals from the 72

That's the tank I was running on my Nightster. The graphic on the side looks even better when it's done glossy instead of flat.
