Yup, same here. When I was looking at getting a new bike it was between the 48 and the Streetfighter. I went with the 48 since it is my commuter and it is flat enough around here that I would not be able to even barely exercise the Duc.

But if I were in the market for a second bike, I would not be able to resist that bike.

Really need two others. Electra glide and ducati monster, or triumph thruxston, or moto guzzi 7 special, okay maybe 4!

My sporty is actually my third bike. Bought my 750 shadow phantom last year, as well as a 76 KZ400 chopper Im building. If I decide to get rid of the shadow (which is my 2-up bike/long distance) I really want an EVO big twin, or possibly a VTX 1300/1800.

I'll be keeping my sporty forever. I friggin love it!

I'd love to own a BMW Adventure Sport. A bike that tours better than any HD ever made on or OFF road. Although i love my Harley i'm affraid that if i ever bought a modern machine i'd never own a HD again. Well i'd always have a Sportster in the garage.

At one time I had a Honda 550 4 with a Vetter Fairing, nice bike but a bear to keep carbed correctly, allays a bit difficult so a 750 4 would be best, with the Vetter Fairing like below.

Cheers.
