Anybody got one of the Sick Saddles solo seats? I just noticed them, they look relatively affordable, and I like supporting small businesses.

Mustang solo touring for rigid mount. Rubber mount seat is identical in look and size.

Got a pic of one in my profile album, but am currently using a Mustang 11" Wide Solo. a bit more firm than the Sick Saddles.....

Another, sometimes more comfortable option, is a Sprung Solo Seat System.

They are easy to install, and can be customized for your own unique look.

Here are a couple of examples:

An old man's toy with a solo seat by Mother Road.
Just enough bend to keep ya from sliding off when accelerating.
I don't recommend it for anything more than a 120 mile round trip....

The seat pans are steel, with foam and leather on top of them...not going to wear thru.

Yeah, the rubber bumper looks better. (see below) But when you combine a spring seat with the stock Sportster shocks, you have more suspension travel than any of the Touring models. Makes for quite a nice ride.

Solo Seat with Rubber bumpers instead of springs.
