Default Another all business bike done for now.

Bit of a departure from my normal setup but I wanted to go outside my box a little. Nearly every bike I've owned has had mids and 8-10in risers at the very least. This one though was already equipped with a set of Storz rear sets, so I had to keep em. I rescued this bike from an L.A hills garage where it sat for 6yrs. Everything was dry rotted, leaking, crusty and just forgotten about. I drug it home and basically started at the front wheel and fixed/refurbished/replaced/ and repurposed anything that needed attention. Originally it was green, had a dozen or so gold live to ride eagles all over it, had spoke wheels, drag bars, flaking chrome on a ton of parts. Swapped on a black tin set, set of 13 spokes replaced the laced wheels, added a chrome thunderheader, chopped the cam, sprocket and air cleaner covers, fork brace, narrowed bars, Corbin seat, new rubber lines, oil cooler and deleted some ugly add-ons it had.
Motor is a hi-comp 1200 with ported and polished Buell heads, Manley valves and springs, Wiseco pistons SE cams, Mikuni, SE ign. PM brakes with floating rotor and braided line. Runs super hard, faster than my last one for sure and the big front brake is really nice. Like always it's for sale so I can build the next one. Hit me up if interested.

it's really cool, I like what you did. I'm not crazy about those gold eagles either, I think they would look much better if they were all chrome, although if the bike had enough gold to make it look good that would be cool, such as if you added gold to the paint, then the live to rides would look great, makes me think, I think a gold flake paint on a sportster would look great.
