2014 Sportster Exhaust
I been looking for a set of OEM slip-ons for my 05 883 and I came across a good deal on take offs from a 2014 48.
Now my issue is the changes from '04-'13 to '14 (cross over location).
Will the slip-ons work if I remove my cross over pipe or can the full exhaust including the cross over pipe from the '14 bolt on (+plug the o2 holes)?
Anyone try this out yet? Will the removal of the cross over pipe cause me any problems?

To use the 2014 mufflers, you would have to use the 2014 headers and mount. This is due to changes in the location of the rear master cylinder and muffler mounting holes.
The 2014 mufflers stuck on your 2005 headers and mounting brackets will not align without doing modifications to the mounting bracket.
