So I push started my 2013 Forty-Eight and HOLY CRAP!!!
So as I reported in an earlier post about my battery draining while she was sitting after a day or two. Well I took the bike to work and let her sit for a few hours. After my shift the annoying click sound graced my ears. I had to get her home, I really wasn't trying to leave her there. I attempted to push start her, after the fifth time I got her running. She was revving high, around 3000 RPM's and did not calm down. I rushed to get her home, while I was riding I swear I thought she was gonna blow up on me, I had to let go of the clutch a bit and apply the brake to let her to calm down. I noticed the speedometer was going haywire, a code kept showing up on the mileage screen. I got her on the highway and she started popping hard, the throttle did not respond well and finally she just gave up and shut-off. In an attempt to get her started again, I merged onto the emergency lane, I then pressed the kill-switch and turn it on again while holding in the clutch in 5th gear. I let go of the clutch, the real wheel locked up and sent me fishtailing (Pucker Factor: 9.5). I pulled the clutch in and slowed her down. Took two hours to get a tow. We'll see if I didn't damage anything. I'll keep you all posted!!!
Just chilling waiting, trying not to get hit by traffic on 495.
At least I learned how to strap her down. Haha

I learned a lot that day. So far the shop is telling me that the computer lost its "values". They are saying that I lost the tune and that these is definitely something really wrong with the bike. They are taking their sweet time diagnosing this issue. I hope I can get this issue fixed by winter or I am getting a new bike and it WON'T be a Harley!
