Any rumors about a 2015 Iron?
I am planning to finance an Iron. They don't have any black ones near by or anywhere. They do have a 2013 orange candy Iron with 2k miles. I want to go for that one but the salesperson is telling me to wait until the 2015's come out in 2 weeks. Are they coming out? I haven't heard anything?

I'm guessing your in the valley. Try contacting dealers in Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Austin, & Houston for what you want. Negotiate over the phone, and have them E mail or text their best price and stock number before travelling.
Bigger cities have more dealers and better selections. Don't be afraid to travel a little to get what you want.

Water cooled and CV automatic transmission, blasphemy, what I heard!!! Low emissions, rev limit set at 4K RPM, no shifter or clutch. Forget hotrodding, you own a 2015 Harley Davidson Scootster.
Seriously, I think 2014 they introduced the new wiring system, etc. Do some research before you buy, rule number 1.
Maybe you can get a deal on the 2013, it's about to be 2 years old, not 1. Sounds like a good time to squeeze for a deal. Hell, painting a tank is relatively cheap and easy, the side panels are plastic bling. Do some research, the summer is ending and prices will fall as the cold weather moves in. Better to wait IMO. This is the suckers time of year to buy new, especially.
Why not scratch up $3000 and get a nice used privately owned bike?? That way you won't have to worry about payments/credit issues at age 18, what interest rate do they even want??? Plus, you get the fun of choosing and making it your own from the start at a reasonable investment. I'll bet you can find a really nice used bike for $3000, for sure. You'd need near that as downpayment on a new bike. Plus, you can find a bike that someone has already dumped money into for upgrades you might want, for free. Cause you never get any money back on that stuff when you sell, no one cares. Big bonus, your parents won't have to co-sign your loan and/or hold that over your *** for years. Fall is a great time to look for a private owned bike. The holidays are around the corner and someone's baby needs new shoes.

Good guess!? Well that might be a problem.... i'm 18, still live in my parents house so it's "my house my rules" type of thing. So that will make it hard to try to convince them.... I'll be calling them tomorrow. I REALLY hope chorpus has one because it's just a 3 hour drive.
