I ordered my torque wrench and bit kit on Amazon for a decent price $76 for both free shipping. Will be buying the service manual and a lift oh lets not forget a battery tender.

Assuming you're working in the garage, good lighting and a space heater for winter. I hate freezing my *** off in the garage. Don't forget an oil drain pan and a bunch of those red shop rags. I have them all over the place but it's convenient to be able to grab one and wipe up.

Spotsylvania? I'm up in Woodbridge. iI you ever come north for a ride, drop me a line.

No garage unfortunately, but my brother has one up in Centreville which is where I´d do the work, or at a friend´s in Fredericksburg. Didn´t even think of the pan or rags but you´re absolutely right, definitely a necessity.

Have yet to ride with someone else but we could definitely arrange something. Send me a message sometime and we could try to set something up.
