Slip On Mufflers

Slip On Mufflers
I know there are lots of posts about exhaust and it's purely personal preference, but I'm looking for slip ons for my 2008 Sportster 1200. I had a 2003 with Screaming Eagle's and that is the sound I want, but I understand the new ones are quieter and not the same. Does anyone know of exhaust that produces a similar sound to the old Screaming Eagle's or something with a good, low rumble?

The Khrome Werks 3" HP+ slip-ons on my '09 Iron provide a very nice deep and throatie sound, with no metallic, tinny, or raspy sound. They are of course a little more expensive than the SE's, Cycle Shacks [the least expensive with many folks liking them], V&H, etc., but the sound and finish of the Khrome Werks slip-ons IMHO are a cut above the rest.

I have the "50 state legal" Screaming Eagle slipons on my 2012 Superlow 883.I noticed an improvement in my lowend & midrange right away. When I added a Screaming eagle Stage 1 airfilter setup & Xied I noticed a little more improvement. They sounded great from the start and after 5000 miles they sound even better,I'm very happy with mine.

Cycle Shacks are a good slip-on. Take a listen to this video, see if that is the sound you're looking for-

Thanks Kevin, I checked those out and have a few questions. So to instal the thunder torque inserts are the baffles removed with the W model and kept in with the Q? Will that cause any problems or do the inserts alleviate the lack of back pressure? Also, my Cycle Shacks are 2.5", if I'm trying to quiet it down a bit do I want the 158 model or what do you recommend? Thanks!
