Default 10" mini-apes clutch cable

My measurements came up with 68", does that sound about right to those of you who are running mini apes.

Gratuitous picture

You should be able to run the stock clutch cable, just re-route it so it's not going between the forks.

If you don't have the stock cable, I just went and measured mine, it's 58" long and I'm running the mini-apes with 2.5" riser extensions. The cable goes down the handlebars and along the downtube, and then under the primary cover. 68" will certainly work, but why buy one if you still have the stock one?

I thought the same thing Kevin, but the current cable is 59" and about 8" to short. I have to run to town today I'll see if I can pick up a cable.

If nothing else, grab a stock Seventy Two cable.

Yep, that is essentially what I did. I looked up the length on the Seventy Two and it's 68". Ordered it today on my way home from class and pick up up tomorrow. In the mean time I got the switch wires and throttle cables re-routed and everything set just waiting on the clutch cable.
