Yea I need to get to the bottom of it because it's really starting to harsher my mellow when in just trying to cruise.

Consult the factory manual if you have one (hint).
The manual shows a device for measuring the rear alignment.
When you see the tool , you can make one out of a coat hanger , masking tape and a marker pen.
A quick way to check is with a 8' flourescent tube or a very straight piece of electrical conduit.
Just hold the straight edge against the side of the rear tire and measure the gap on the front tire.
Then do the other side of the rear tire and check the gap again on the front tire.
The straight edge route ain't pretty , but it will tell you where it's at.
Just a couple ideas that I've used myself on other bikes.
