How about blacking out those fork sliders and trees? Those forks look odd against everything else being black. I painted my sliders hammered black, they look awesome. And my bike is just a standard black 91 XLH, with silver engine, not a Dark Knight style.

I plan on pulling the triple tree all a part this winter and coating them black.
Don't know if this qualifies, but I like it. Harley 1/4 fairing w/quick disconnect clamps, stage 1, dynoed, mid 70's numbers, Bub 7, 2-1, and 30 tooth output sprocket. cruises 70mph at about 3200 or 3300 rpm.
