Those are slip ons. The big clamps hold them on.

 

Then what is the point of having the upper pipes with no O2 sensor? I tried pulling them apart. And what would be a fair price? They were too loud for me so I'm trying to sell them to recoup what the stock setup cost me.

 

Those are great sounding mufflers, and yes they are pretty loud. You should hear them with no baffles. My brother, son and wife(no baffles in hers) all had them. Loosen the big clamps and shoot a little wd40 in where they connect. Might take a little work and a few shots of wd, but theyll give up. As far as price, I cant tell you what to charge, but in the neighborhood of 150 if the heat shields are in nice shape would probably be about right. Good luck.
