Sportster Mid Controls.
Don't know much about them other than that they came off of an 05 Sportster. I believe they will fit 05-13 but not certain...Do your own research for fitment!!!

In my settings, I've enabled both email from members and visitor messages (public). Yours came through as a visitor message on my profile page. (I responded there.)
