FOR SALE: I spent some time working on this project with a local dealership to figure out how to get the new 48 speedometer bucket and cover to work on an Iron or Nightster. And the pics show the perfect solution. So now, I'm bored and have started working to do the same thing with again but with the HD 48 combo tach-speedo unit and taller risers. So, this set is up for sale, and includes:
-2010 HD 48 speedometer cover
-2010 HD 48 speedometer bucket
-Custom Chrome Black 3.5" risers

The 48 parts cost over $100, the risers were $50, and that doesn't include the time and effort to grind down the risers to make it fit like a glove. I'll also include the gloss black powder coated headlight trim ring ($52 + pc.) Asking $100 shipped anywhere in the US, will go out on Friday morning (9/3). Thanks--

 

Any reason this wouldnt fit on a '05 883r? If it will ill take it and paypal immediately. Let me know.

 

This fits the stock HD 1" bars (pic shows the HD drag bars for custom applications, $75 from the dealer) and the stock bolt holes match on the cover of the 48 with the stock size risers. I hope this info helps as I don't know anything about parts on the '05 883R.
