High quality leather, handcrafted, made in the U.S.A. swingarm saddlebags. Purchased these in the Spring and they are in excellent condition. New retail is $420 + shipping at: http://xl1200.com/plunder_dogs_saddle_bags

How bad do the bags rub on the side covers of the bike?

Had them on for about six months (before I sold the bike) and didn't see any paint damage to the side covers.

How are they holding their shape? Are they scuffed or is there any visual wear on them. Being 6 months old it would make sense, just want to see how they're hanging

They hold their shape well. They are supported from three sides, so they don't really sag. Leather is in very good condition.
