I took off my diy a/c and replaced it with a figure machine a/c. i'll include the breather kit (everything you see in the pic) as well which was 60$ by itself. take it for 35$ plus shipping. all the chopping and cutting is done for you already.

What's the tubes and little filter for? Does that prevent the dreaded "blowback" or whatever?

thats a breather kit that you'll have to run if you don't have a backplate that has built in breather capabilities (like the one on this air cleaner) thus filtering the excess blowby oil to the little breather. check out the thread on the sporty forum.
