did these come internally wired?

Im looking for some black bars, but really want to wire internally and dont want to do the drilling. id pay 40 shipped if they are drilled, but if not id only go about 30. i usually see stock bars around 25 shipped, but not drilled.

 

they were stock so i dont believe they were wired internally
