CycleShack Slip Ons
Cycle Shack Slip Ons. not sure of a part #, and i believe the style is referred to as 'baloney cut'.
I will include the mounting hardware.
Pretty sure the following is the correct info for these:

SHORTER ON THE FRONT OF THE BIKE, LONGER ON THE BACK
MADE IN THE U.S.A
FITS ALL: 2004 - 2013 HARLEY SPORTSTER, NIGHTSTER, IRON & 48 MODELS
Id estimate they have about 1500 miles on them, so they are broken in good and sound great. $100 shipped.
