Oh man. I didn't even realize he posted in here.
Long story short, yes, I sent him chrome bars by mistake. Like a moron, I didnt bother to open the box the bars were in. I thought they were black, they were chrome.
All is well that ends well, he sent them back and I refunded all his money and the amount he paid to ship them back to me.
Honest and silly mistake.
