I bought these and decided not to use them, never installed, brand new in box....
I will save you the shipping and send them for $145 upper 48 only....
I decided that it was just not what I wanted...YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THE FRONT FENDER TO USE THESE!

Yes they are, and very heavy and well constructed . Personally I'm thinking they would look best on a 48

 

FYI the only way they work on a 48 is to shave the fender/fork brace mount off completely.
