This is NOT a LaRosa product...it is genuine HD. Part numbers are: seat-54373-10 ($299.95) & mount-54074-10 ($229.95). Base made of 1/8 steel, not sheet metal.

Lots of low offers. Many lesser seats have sold for more in this classified. Seat is a bargain for someone considering a brand new one. No dissapointments.
