__Panic Cycles 48 Forty Eight tank with Mooneyes cap__
This is a Panic Cycles reproduction of the Harley Sportster Forty Eight oem 2.1 gallon EFI peanut tank.
I had a custom bung made to run a Mooneyes vented cap that does not disturb the original overflow design inside. The cap tightens up lined up perfectly as shown in the pics. I recently sold my bike with the stock tank on it which is why I have this for sale. This tank has less than 500 miles on it.
The paint is a single stage silver with a small amount of metal flake. It is not the best paint job but there are no runs and only one spot where there is 'dirt' in the paint. Could probably be buffed out but isn't noticeable enough for me to have messed with it.
