New tank sticker, For the longest time I just wanted BLACK &Chrome but this caught my eye,(black and chrome $4.95 free S&H on feebay) Lucky, If I change my mind I can peel it off. (with some work, I had to heat these things up very hot to get them to shape) P.S Can any one ID my tank I am thinking late 50 early 60's .I have also seen similar tanks on a couple of Super glides. But is it Real Harley or offshoot.... I had to make my rear tank mount it didnt have one when I acquired the bike.... TIA

Default 1986 HD 1100 evo.

Hope I'm not late to the party. First time bike owner and new member.

Did some research, people told me if I'm to get a bike get a Harley. 6,500 factory miles on it. Come this Friday I'm taking off the fenders and gas tank and powder coating them white with black accents. Wanting a solo seat but not sure what too get. Also new tires are in order I'm wanting something with white walls. 130-90-16 on back and 100-90-19 on the front any help or comments would be greatly appreciated.

Had a semi-warm day last weekend and went for a 2-hour ride in the local mountains.

Thanks!
