DYNOJET: High cold start idle

High cold start idle
How do I get my cold start idle down (1600-1700+)? It's frustrating me to no end. Idle comes down to about 1100 after in warms up. Seemed to happen after I got my TT tune back. The only changes that I could see were some minor changes to the VE tables.
Checked the IAC, swapped it out with my other '07 bike, no change.
Replaced the intake gaskets, think I fixed the leak. Idle went up another 100 rpm.
Datalog shows rear VEs about 10 points higher than front.
Also, I stop somewhere like to gas up, restart bike, idle at 1200 -1300+ won't come down until I come to a complete stop for a few seconds, kind of a new thing.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

DDH, first thing would be to make sure you don't have an intake leak. We used to use brake clean with the straw while the bike was idling. Shoot away from the intake, if the idle changes you have a leak. Do both sides of each clamp to be sure. Once you are sure you don't have a leak, take a look at the front and rear cli tables from the data runs that will help to tell if the ve tables are close for the idle, and or if adjustments are needed.

Tomorrow I will do a cold start idle datalog and hopefully it will be better.
So thanks hrdtail.
