Hi all,
I am just after input on a couple of the after market tuners. Ive just changed air filter and mufflers to screamin eagle items, and removed the cats and opened up the baffles a little bit. Goes and sounds good, but a lot of decal pop, i don't mind the pop myself, but a sure sign its not tuned right. I am looking at getting a power commander v, as it looks to be cost effective with the features I need. Easy to buy from ebay with a pretty close tune already installed for your bike from the description of mods I provide. Ive been told the p.c. v has reliability issues tho? is this true? and that the screamin eagle race tuner is the better one to go for for a couple of hundred extra dollars and get time on a dyno. the s.e. tuner + dyno could easily 2x cost at the end of the day.

I like my Power Commander 3.
Had it on my '07 Ultra since 2008 and made various (3) changes, depending on my equipment.
Stock, SE mufflers and SE air cleaner and now after adding the SE 255 cam.
All out of the box changes were easy and I recommend it for ease and cost.
