You’ll need 2 tunes. With my PV and Target Tune, I see a big difference in VEs

As mentioned a retune will be necessary to feel and hear the difference between the 2 baffles.
I ALWAYS recommend the quiet baffle for baggers simply because they work better below 2500 rpms which really makes a difference in how the bike feels accelerating from stops and roll-ons.
The comp baffle is louder and if the engine is big enough, will improve peak numbers.
Power from the old-style V&H Propipe benefitted from covering a couple rows of holes in the standard baffle. Their competition baffle really hurt 1000-3000 rpm response and power.

i saw a difference with my baffles for my VH BR 2-2,

i gained torque off idle to 2200-2400 with no loss anywhere above that
