Default Will I have to retune?

I live in Germany where my exhaust can not be above 95 dba and my current dba is about 98 at idle. The exhaust is Martin Bros shockwaves. i mostly ride locally here and haven't had any issues with having a loud bike. I hear stories of cops enforcing the dba and if you can't pass, they tow your bike and force you to get below the limit. I've even heard they take the exhaust and will not give it back. I am taking a few road trips and am little worried, so I am thinking of putting my stock exhaust back on for the trips.
My question is. If I don't retune the bike, will I have any issues? I have used the stock exhaust little here to pass inspection without issues. But thats about only 10-15 miles I ran it.
I currently do have quiet baffles which is why I am at 98 dba now.
Thanks for your help.
